What caused me to take time to give my review was an interaction I had with Dallas today. We are purchasing a new car and I needed the insurance transferred. Dallas answered the phone himself. I learned the office was actually closed but he was there and answered the phone. He switched the insurance in minutes. It’s why we stick with him and never look for “better deals”."
